[DYSPHAGIA] neck isometric exercises

Yes, I sometimes use pharyngeal isometric exercises as part of dysphagia
treatment. However not the way you described. I don't "push" - only provide
resistance -and the patient pushes. It is difficult to say to what degree
this exercise benefits the patient since it is just one of many exercises
that the patient performs.
