chest xrays/chest auscultation

When a nurse or respiratory therapist auscultates the lung fields, what sounds
in the llung bases would be indicative of aspiration? Is it possible to give a
brief explenation of the differences between rhonci, rales and wheezes? (in
terms of what they are symptomatic of?)

When doing a chart review and looking at report from a chest xray, what types
of things, besides infiltrates, would be indicative of aspiration? What else
can an infiltrate be?
