Aspiration Pneumonia

Would the following patient be an appropriate one to evaluate for 
possible pharyngeal phase dysphagia?

1.  Pt. has CHF, ASHD, chronic ATR fib.

2.  Pt. recently had infiltrate in left lower lobe.

Or should the SLP screen and observe for visible signs/symptoms of 
pharayngeal phase dysphagia.
