Would the following patient be an appropriate one to evaluate for possible pharyngeal phase dysphagia? 1. Pt. has CHF, ASHD, chronic ATR fib. 2. Pt. recently had infiltrate in left lower lobe. Or should the SLP screen and observe for visible signs/symptoms of pharayngeal phase dysphagia. Thank you.
