Archives | Case study of boy with Eosinophilic EsophagitisPosted 2009-09-14 21:41:25 An 11 year old boy with a 1 year history of dysphagia to solids underwent a barium swallow which excluded anatomical causes of dysphagia, but revealed multiple-ringed esophagus. Endoscopy showed a furrowing and trachealizing appearance of the entire esophagus. Patient was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis. |
